GTM Gate is a SaaS product that helps SaaS founders build a daily distribution routine before returning to build work. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and what choices you have.
This policy applies to the GTM Gate website, app, private beta, dashboard, beta signup form, support/contact forms, emails and Chrome extension.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data. Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health data, government identifiers or confidential third-party information as mission proof or notes.
4. Product and Extension Data
If you use the Chrome extension, GTM Gate may process configuration and status data needed to provide Build Access features. This can include selected domains or tools to block, discipline mode, connection status and whether your daily GTM requirements are complete.
The extension is designed to support your own workflow. It should not be used to protect sensitive systems or enforce security access controls. Browser permissions and local browser storage may also be handled by Chrome according to Google's own policies.

6. Legal Bases
Depending on your location, we process personal data under one or more legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, to provide the GTM Gate service you request
- Legitimate interests, to secure, improve and operate the product
- Consent, where you opt into optional emails or future non-essential cookies
- Legal obligations, where we must retain or disclose information under applicable law
8. Email Communications
We may email you about private beta access, login links, account security, product updates, support replies and important service information. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails when available, but we may still send transactional or security emails needed to provide the service.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, manage beta access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the platform and improve the product.
If you ask us to delete your data, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authentication controls, managed infrastructure, access restrictions and logging. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your devices, browser, email account and sign-in methods secure.

GTM Gate and its service providers may process or store data in countries other than your country of residence. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law, such as contractual protections offered by our providers.
